Our Client, a leading FMCG Organization, is looking to engage with a Project Lead – Circular Economy Infrastructure & Operations to support sustainability and circularity initiatives by driving recycling infrastructure projects, waste management operations, and resource recovery programs. The consultant will play a key role in managing circular economy projects, collaborating with ecosystem partners, and enabling scalable solutions aligned with ESG and environmental sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute circular economy projects focused on recycling, waste management, and resource recovery initiatives.
• Manage recycling infrastructure operations including MRFs, waste processing, and sustainability programs.
• Collaborate with recyclers, vendors, and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and circularity outcomes.
• Drive initiatives related to Plastic Waste Management, EPR, ESG, and environmental sustainability goals.
• Monitor project milestones, performance metrics, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support scalable circular economy solutions.

Skills Required
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7–8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in recycling, circular economy, waste management, or sustainability projects.
• Strong understanding of Circular Economy, Solid Waste Management (SWM), Recycling, Material Recovery Facility (MRF), Waste Processing, and Resource Recovery.
• Experience in Plastic Waste Management, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), ESG initiatives, and environmental infrastructure operations.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing stakeholders, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with recycling companies, environmental services, cleantech organizations, or strategy consulting firms with exposure to sustainability projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
