Role Description
The User Experience Designer will work full time on-site in Noida Sector-62, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centered digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, defining user journeys, creating wireframes, and developing interactive prototypes for web and mobile experiences. The role involves applying design thinking to solve complex user problems, producing clear visual design assets, and ensuring design consistency across products. The designer will participate in regular design reviews, iterate based on feedback and data, and contribute to improving the overall product development process.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills for creating user-centered, problem-driven solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid User Research skills, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analysis of user behavior.
- Candidates should possess Visual Design skills for creating clear, accessible, and cohesive interfaces across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Prototyping skills for building low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders and users.
- Experience with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar) and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate design decisions clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Understanding of responsive design, basic front-end capabilities, and accessibility best practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience designing digital products or MVPs in a fast-paced product development environment is an advantage.
