Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (BMS, B.Com, BA, or equivalent preferred)
Experience:
- 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or business development (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage client follow-ups
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or car rental industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new corporate leads.
- Prepare quotations and client documentation.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals and pending quotations.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
- Coordinate with operations for seamless service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
