We're hiring a Salesforce Technical Manager to govern delivery across multiple Salesforce implementation projects, owning client communication, scope, and risk from kickoff to close.

Lead client-facing governance (status updates, steering committees, escalations) on Salesforce/software implementations
Own SOWs, control scope, and manage change requests
Maintain and actively manage risk registers
Produce high-quality minutes and scope documentation — this is a core deliverable
Manage 3–6 concurrent projects across varying client tiers and risk profiles
Partner closely with architects, BAs, and developers to keep delivery on track
5+ years in project/programme management within tech delivery or consulting
Proven experience with client governance, SOW control, risk management, and change control on software or Salesforce projects
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
Consulting or agency-side experience working with technical delivery teams.
