*Job Summary*
We are looking for a Software Architect to lead end-to-end system and software architecture for connected mobility and automotive electronics products. You will drive platform strategy, advanced engineering PoCs, and work across Telematics, eCockpit, BCM, and EVCC domains with OEMs and Tier-1s.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. Software Architecture & Solution Design*
- Define end-to-end system and software architecture for connected mobility and automotive electronics products
- Develop architecture frameworks, interface definitions, and technology roadmaps
- Translate customer, regulatory, and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive platform modularization, product reuse, and standardization strategies
- Evaluate and recommend emerging tech in connectivity, cybersecurity, OTA, AI, V2X, cloud integration, and EV ecosystems
*2. Advanced Engineering & Product Innovation*
- Lead concept development, feasibility studies, architecture evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities
- Define hardware-software partitioning and technology selection strategies
- Establish system/software requirements, architecture documentation, and design guidelines
- Support seamless transition from advanced engineering to product development
- Drive innovation and patent-generation initiatives
*3. Domain Expertise - Work in 2+ domains*
- *Telematics*: 4G/5G, GNSS, OTA, eCall, cybersecurity, cloud integration, connected vehicle services
- *eCockpit*: Digital clusters, infotainment, Android Automotive, Linux/QNX, HMI, graphics, audio
- *BCM & Vehicle Networking*: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, diagnostics, body electronics, power management, zonal architecture
- *EVCC*: EV charging protocols - CCS, ISO 15118, OCPP, Plug & Charge, smart charging, compliance
*4. Customer & Technical Engagement*
- Participate in customer technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture workshops
- Support RFQ/RFI responses with technical proposals and solution architectures
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Program Management, and Engineering teams
- Present architecture concepts to internal and external stakeholders
*5. Technical Leadership*
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
- Drive architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making
- Promote Agile, MBSE, and CI/CD practices
- Contribute to technical competency development
*6. Process, Quality & Compliance*
- Ensure compliance with *ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434*
- Drive best practices in requirements management, system/software design, and architecture governance
- Participate in risk assessments, design audits, and quality improvement initiatives
