Role Description The Company Secretary will manage statutory compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory filings for the LLP and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining statutory registers and records, preparing and filing necessary forms and returns, drafting board and committee agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and coordinating with regulatory authorities and external advisors. The role also involves advising on governance best practices, supporting corporate transactions, and ensuring timely communication and documentation for partners and stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid role, primarily based in Greater Kailash 2, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Company Secretary will collaborate closely with leadership, finance, and consulting teams to support smooth and compliant business operations.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as Company Secretary (CS) from a recognized institute; membership with the relevant professional body preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, LLP regulations, and applicable compliance and governance frameworks.
- Experience in drafting minutes, resolutions, notices, and other corporate documentation with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage statutory registers, compliance calendars, and regulatory filings using digital tools and documentation systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with partners, clients, regulators, and external advisors.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines and priorities in a consulting environment.
- Comfort with MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with compliance or secretarial software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a consulting firm, professional services, or corporate governance role is beneficial.
