What this person should handle
- Create Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn posts and carousels
- Edit Reels, product videos and promotional videos
- Motion graphics and text animations
- Product animations / 3D product presentations
- Basic graphic design for campaigns, offers and launches
- Create festival/occasion creatives
- Adapt content for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and YouTube

- Strong knowledge of motion graphics
- Video editing
- Social-media creative design
- Typography, composition and branding sense
Good to have:
- Blender / Cinema 4D
- 3D product animation
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Basic photography/video shooting
- AI creative tools
Experience
For OCI, I would target someone with 2–4 years of experience, rather than a fresher.
The important thing is portfolio quality, not just years of experience. Someone who has made excellent product reels, motion graphics and brand campaigns would be much more valuable than someone who has simply managed social media accounts.
