Role Description The Business Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik. This position is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, including tracking content schedules, supporting social media updates, and ensuring smooth internal workflows. The role involves collaborating with content and marketing teams, maintaining basic records and reports, and helping implement process improvements to increase efficiency. The Business Operation Executive will also assist with basic data analysis, stakeholder communication, and the execution of initiatives that support the company’s financial education mission.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of stock markets, finance, or business operations, with a genuine interest in financial education.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, documents, and presentations) and comfort working with online platforms.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
