Location: Greater Kailash – I, New Delhi
Work Mode: Full Time | 6 Days a Week
I'm not looking to hire another employee.
I'm looking for someone who wants a front-row seat to building a global luxury brand from India.
This role is for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in uncertainty, and gets excited by solving problems. There isn't a fixed playbook because we're building one.
If you're looking for a role with fixed timings, predefined KRAs, and the same routine every day, this won't be the right fit.
Some days will begin at 10 AM. Others may begin at 6 AM. Some evenings may end late because the business needs it. We believe in outcomes, not clock-ins.
You'll work directly with me and be involved in almost every major decision across the company.

One day you might be brainstorming a campaign.
The next day you could be reviewing Meta Ads, preparing an investor deck, analysing business numbers, meeting a luxury client, or helping launch a completely new vertical.
Every week will be different.

This role isn't about managing a department.
It's about understanding how an entire company is built.
The right person will gradually become part of every major business decision and, over time, should be capable of representing the Founder whenever required.
