We are looking for an experienced Head – Service Engineering to lead our after-sales service operations and build a world-class customer support ecosystem. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in electrical engineering, automation, or battery technology who are passionate about operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the service engineering team, ensuring efficient execution of installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support activities.
- Drive service revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), repairs, spare parts, and value-added service offerings.
- Develop and implement service processes, SOPs, KPIs, and quality standards to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, customer feedback, and first-time fix rate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, automate service processes, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage departmental budgets, prepare management reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication (Mandatory)
✔ 8+ years of experience in service management, preferably in automation, electrical equipment, lithium-ion batteries, or industrial machinery (B2B environment).
✔ Strong leadership, customer relationship, and team management skills.
✔ Experience in installation, commissioning, battery testing, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
