Platform Lead – Guidewire Cloud | DevOps | Quality Engineering
📍 Bangalore / Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about building scalable cloud platforms, driving DevOps transformation, and leading high-performing engineering teams?
We are looking for an experienced Platform Lead – Guidewire to lead Platform Engineering, DevOps, Release Management, and Quality Engineering initiatives for a large-scale Guidewire Cloud ecosystem.
What You'll Do
✅ Define and execute DevOps and Platform Engineering strategy
✅ Lead CI/CD implementation and release management across Guidewire Cloud platforms
✅ Drive Quality Engineering and Test Automation roadmaps, standards, and best practices
✅ Manage platform reliability, observability, security, and performance
✅ Lead cross-functional teams including Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, Release Managers, and Architects
✅ Champion Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience leading Guidewire Cloud platforms in enterprise environments
✔ Strong expertise in DevOps tools such as Harness, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bitbucket, Git, Datadog, Dynatrace
✔ Hands-on experience with Java, .NET, JavaScript, and Test Automation Frameworks
✔ Experience with ALM QC, UFT, JMeter, Jira, Jira X-Ray, Confluence
✔ Strong understanding of Security Testing tools including Checkmarx and SonarQube
✔ Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitHub Enterprise, JFrog/Nexus Artifactory
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
✔ Insurance domain experience preferred
