About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Claude AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using Claude AI and modern LLM technologies. You will build intelligent assistants, automate business workflows, integrate enterprise applications, and develop scalable AI systems that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI automation workflows using Claude AI.
- Build AI assistants, chatbots, and enterprise copilots.
- Develop RAG-based AI applications using vector databases.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, CRMs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Create and optimize prompts, system instructions, and AI workflows.
- Build automation using LangChain/LlamaIndex and workflow orchestration tools.
- Deploy AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in AI Automation or LLM application development.
- Strong expertise with Claude AI, prompt engineering, and Anthropic APIs.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
- Knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangGraph and AI agents.
- Docker and CI/CD experience.
- Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and hallucination mitigation.
- Experience integrating CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with multilingual AI assistants and enterprise automation.
