Role Description This full-time React Native Developer (Fintech) role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with both on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The developer will build and maintain mobile applications using React Native for fintech products, ensuring secure, scalable, and performant solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, integrating with back-end APIs, optimizing application performance, and maintaining clean, testable code. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver new features, address defects, and improve user experience. The developer will also participate in code reviews, follow best practices for security and compliance in financial applications, and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Front-end development skills, including React Native and JavaScript, with a focus on building responsive, user-friendly mobile interfaces.
- Experience in back-end web development, API integration, and working with server-side services in a fintech or similar domain.
- Strong software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, version control (e.g., Git), and testing practices.
- State management experience using Redux.js or similar libraries to handle complex application logic and data flows.
- Understanding of fintech concepts, secure coding practices, and compliance considerations in financial applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and manage time and priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile app deployment (Android/iOS), and performance optimization is an advantage.
