About the Role
We're looking for an Art Director with 3–5 years of agency experience who can transform ideas into visually compelling campaigns across digital, social, print, presentations, and integrated marketing. You'll collaborate with a talented team of copywriters, strategists, and client servicing professionals to create work that is both creatively inspiring and strategically effective.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualise and design impactful visuals for integrated campaigns.
- Create engaging digital creatives, social media content, presentations, branding, and marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality visual concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative output across multiple projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Visualizer or Graphic Designer in an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, digital, and visual communication work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
