🚀 We're Hiring – Founding Team Member
Location: Flexible (India)
We're building Panda Car Wash, with a vision to create one of India's most trusted and innovative car care brands.
This is not a regular job. I'm looking for someone who genuinely wants to build a startup from day one and is excited about creating something meaningful.
Your Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder on day-to-day execution.
- Research investors and funding opportunities.
- Help prepare investor outreach and pitch materials.
- Connect with potential partners and vendors.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist in operations, strategy, and business development.
- Help build systems and processes as the company grows.
- Take ownership of different projects and solve problems proactively.
Who Should Apply?
- You believe in startups and want to build something from scratch.
- You're willing to learn, take ownership, and work hard.
- Strong communication and research skills are a plus.
- Experience is less important than attitude and commitment.
Compensation
As we're at the very beginning of our startup journey, this role is unpaid initially.
