We're looking for a Founding Technical Co-Founder—someone who loves solving hard engineering problems, enjoys building products from scratch, and wants to create technology that can make a meaningful difference.

An experienced team with expertise across healthcare, technology, operations, marketing and business strategy. We're currently in the process of incubating at a prestigious institution, have strong clinical and technical advisory board, hold a provisional patent and are preparing for our pre-seed fundraise.

What You'll Build
As our Founding Technical Co-Founder, you'll own the entire technology journey.
You'll:
Design and evolve the overall platform architecture.
Build the MVP alongside the founder.
Define our AI and technology roadmap.
Establish engineering standards and culture.
Recruit and mentor the founding engineering team.
Make key cloud, infrastructure and security decisions.
Work closely with clinicians, customers, researchers and business leaders to transform ideas into products.
Help shape the long-term strategy of the company as a genuine co-founder.
This is a role with real ownership, real autonomy and real influence.
What Success Looks Like
Over the next 18–24 months you'll help create:
A production-ready AI-powered healthcare platform.
A high-performing engineering team.
A scalable cloud-native architecture.
A technology foundation capable of supporting millions of users.
A product that has the potential to transform how healthcare information is accessed and used.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with strong fundamentals and a builder's mindset.
Ideally, you'll bring experience in many of the following:
Backend engineering (Python/FastAPI or Node.js/TypeScript)
Cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred)
Distributed systems and APIs
PostgreSQL and scalable data architecture
AI/LLM application development
Modern engineering practices, DevOps and CI/CD
Security-first software engineering
Experience in healthcare technology, FHIR, ABDM or healthcare interoperability is certainly valuable—but curiosity, strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly matter even more.
