As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own the development of Rails-led applications, pairing a robust backend with modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue. You will act as a key link between server-side logic and user-facing features, ensuring a seamless and high-performance experience across the entire stack.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React or Vue.
- Implement efficient backend logic and optimize PostgreSQL database queries for performance and reliability.
- Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces that ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Manage asynchronous processing tasks and oversee secure deployments within AWS environments.
- Write clean, testable code using RSpec to maintain high quality and system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
- Proven expertise in developing full-stack applications using Rails and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
- Strong proficiency in database design, modeling, and optimization with PostgreSQL.
- Experience implementing asynchronous processing and comprehensive automated test suites using RSpec.
- Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and managing cloud-based applications.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
