Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Designer - Specialist with strong visual storytelling capabilities to create compelling, executive-level presentations from concept through final production. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex content into clear, engaging, and visually impactful presentations while working independently and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, reports, white papers, and executive communications.
- Transform complex information into clear and compelling visual narratives.
- Create presentation concepts, layouts, infographics, charts, and data visualizations.
- Apply information design and visual storytelling principles to simplify complex content and enhance audience engagement.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Manage presentation projects from brief to final delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, content teams, and creative teams to refine messaging and storytelling.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and production readiness.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills.
- Expertise in layout design, typography, color theory, and information hierarchy.
- Ability to create infographics, charts, and data visualizations.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good to Have
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of presentation animation and interactive presentation techniques.
- Experience supporting global clients and executive leadership presentations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools.
- Experience working within a creative agency, marketing, or production environment.
- Exposure to annual reports, white papers, thought leadership, and corporate communication materials.
Experience
- 6–10 years years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, graphic design, or a related creative field.
Location - Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad
Shift - 2 to 11 pm
