Key Responsibilities -
1. Strategic Governance & Advisory
Business Strategy Alignment: Translate the CBO’s long-term commercial
vision into actionable multi-department blueprints.
Industry & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor RBI guidelines, digital
lending norms, and co-lending market trends to advise the CBO.
Executive Proxy: Attend critical management, credit committee, or
stakeholder meetings on behalf of the CBO when required.
2. Business Operations & Performance Tracking
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align risk, credit, tech, and operations
teams to accelerate product launches or loan disbursements.
Review Frameworks: Design the structure for weekly, monthly, and
quarterly business reviews with regional or product heads. Follow up on
all the points discussed in meeting and keep the update ready before next
meeting .
3. Key Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Partnership Incubation: Oversee initial stages of strategic partnerships
with FinTechs, co-lending banks, or digital aggregators.
Process Transformation: Lead special projects from CBO Office and
collaborate with crtical stakeholders on same.
4. Executive Communications & Culture
Board & Investor Prep: Author high-impact presentations and memos for
the Board of Directors, rating agencies, or prospective investors.
Internal Communication: Draft pan-organization messages from the CBO
office to drive alignment across dispersed branch networks.
5. High-Level Calendar & Schedule Management
Calendar Optimization: Manage the CBO’s intricate schedule, prioritizing
high-yield business meetings, credit committees, and travel.
Gatekeeping: Screen incoming meeting requests, calls, and emails to shield
the CBO’s time for core strategic work.
Meeting Preparation: Collate agendas, read-outs, and previous minutes of
meetings (MoM) before the CBO enters daily briefings.
6. Communication & Documentation Control
Correspondence Management: Draft routine professional emails, letters,
and acknowledgements on behalf of the CBO.
Minutes of Meetings (MoM): Attend key executive sessions to record
discussions, action items, and clear ownership deadlines.
Document Lifecycle: Maintain confidential files, including partner
contracts, NDAs, employee appraisals, and regulatory correspondence.
7. Travel & Logistics Management
Complex Travel Itineraries: Plan end-to-end travel for branch visits,
institutional investor meets, or domestic financial summits.
Expense Management: Compile, verify, and file the CBO’s business
expenses, travel claims, and hospitality bills for quick reimbursement.
8. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
VIP Hospitality: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners,
banking executives, and regulators visiting the CBO.
Internal Liaison: Coordinate smoothly with other executive assistants
(e.g., CEO’s or CFO’s office) to align leadership schedules
