Lead Software Engineer
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to build and evolve scalable, cloud-native platform capabilities while driving technical excellence across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performance, distributed, cloud-native applications.
- Lead architecture, technical design, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and system scalability.
- Mentor engineers and lead complex technical initiatives from design to production.
Required Skills
- 12 to 14 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on coding expertise in Java.
- Extensive experience with AWS & Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, system design, and CI/CD.
- Exposure to modern web/front-end technologies is preferred.
- Experience working in a product engineering environment is mandatory.
