Role Description The Dispatcher role at Snowberry is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily operations, manage schedules, and track ongoing tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery. This role involves communicating with internal teams and external partners, assigning and adjusting workloads, and updating stakeholders on progress and changes. The Dispatcher will maintain records, monitor priorities, and help resolve logistical or scheduling issues as they arise. This position requires consistent presence on-site to support real-time decision making and smooth operational flow.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, task tracking, and prioritization.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities for coordinating with team members and external partners.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools such as spreadsheets, project management software, or scheduling platforms.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage changes, conflicts, and unexpected operational issues.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and collaborate effectively within a small, interdisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in dispatch, operations coordination, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with technology-driven environments and a willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
