Role Description The Consultant or Advisor will provide strategic guidance on financial planning, investments, and business opportunities for the Nevatia Family Office. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing portfolios, evaluating new investment proposals, preparing concise reports and presentations, and advising on risk management and asset allocation. The role will involve coordinating with legal, tax, and financial professionals, conducting market and sector analyses, and recommending structures to optimize long-term wealth preservation. The Consultant or Advisor will also support succession planning, governance frameworks, and family decision-making processes. This is an on-site role based in India.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and portfolio management, with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in wealth management, family office advisory, or related consulting roles, preferably with exposure to high-net-worth individuals or family businesses.
- Knowledge of taxation, regulatory frameworks, and compliance relevant to investments and wealth structuring in India.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work sensitively with family members and professional advisors.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial information and market trends.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, CFP, MBA) are an advantage.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and long-term relationship-building.
- Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate effectively in a small, agile team environment.
