Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Linux L2 Engineer with hands-on experience in Linux system administration, Zimbra Mail Server, Nagios, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Grafana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining Linux-based infrastructure, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability of enterprise applications and services.
.Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
Perform L2 support activities, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Zimbra Collaboration Suite.
Monitor infrastructure and applications using Nagios.
Configure and manage ELK Stack for centralized log collection, analysis, and visualization.
Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure and application monitoring.
Perform system patching, security hardening, and performance tuning.
Manage user accounts, file systems, permissions, and storage.
Troubleshoot server, network, and application-related issues.
Automate routine administrative tasks using Shell scripting or Bash.
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure stability and availability.
