Job Title: TIBCO Technical Lead Offshore - TIBCO BW, BE & ESB

Responsibilities:
- Lead offshore TIBCO integration team and coordinate with onsite teams.
- Design and develop CEP solutions using TIBCO Business Events.
- Develop integration applications using TIBCO BW, EMS, Kafka and Java.
- Handle complete SDLC: development, bug fixes, enhancements and deployments.
- Provide technical leadership and maintain design/technical documentation.
- Manage complex integration projects and ensure quality standards.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IT or related field.
Preferred: TIBCO certification, Cloud knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience.
