🚀 We're Hiring | Senior Manager – Operations & Delivery (Data & Integrations)
Are you a seasoned technology leader with a passion for driving operational excellence, leading large-scale delivery organizations, and transforming data platforms? We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Operations & Delivery to lead critical data and integration services while managing high-performing teams and strategic initiatives.
📍 Location: Hyderabad, India

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end delivery across Service Delivery, Database Administration (DBA), Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Business Intelligence & Shared Services teams.
✅ Drive operational excellence through SLA governance, service reliability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Lead service transitions, operational transformations, cloud adoption, and process optimization programs.
✅ Establish best practices across Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes.
✅ Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and cross-functional teams while driving employee engagement and talent retention.
✅ Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
✔ 15+ years of progressive IT experience with 6+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale application support and service delivery organizations.
✔ Proven experience managing large offshore delivery teams and multi-layered organizations.
✔ Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITIL), operational governance, service transitions, and support transformation.
✔ Hands-on understanding of Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, DBA, EDW, BI & Reporting, and cloud-based data platforms.
✔ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
