About Datavio:
Datavio is a supply chain OS built for consumer brands. We help brands manage their material flow and cash flow, and enable them to build automations configured to their supply chain processes.
The Role
This is not a typical entry-level role. As a Founder's Office Associate, your primary focus will be configuring and building automated workflows for Datavio's customers — sitting at the center of how brands actually use our platform day to day. You'll work directly with the founders across product, customer success, and engineering, and you'll own the workflows and automations that turn a customer's supply chain processes into working, scalable systems on Datavio.
This is the right role for someone who is early in their career, technically curious, and wants to understand what it really takes to build a startup — starting with hands-on ownership of customer workflow configuration and automation. You will be expected to move fast, take ownership, and grow quickly.
What You'll Do
Your work will center on configuring and automating customer workflows, with exposure across the rest of the business. No two weeks will look the same.
Customer Workflow & Automation (Core Focus)
- Configure and build automated workflows and dashboards for customers on Datavio's platform
- Work closely with customers to understand their supply chain processes and translate them into automated, scalable workflows
- Troubleshoot workflow and automation issues, and iterate quickly to resolve them
- Collaborate with product and engineering to improve the platform's automation capabilities based on real customer use cases
- Document workflow configurations so they're repeatable and easy to scale across customers
Product & Experiments
- Support product planning, feature scoping, and product experiments
- Help track product metrics and synthesize user feedback into actionable insights
Customer Success
- Gather and organize customer feedback to inform product and business decisions
- Support the creation of onboarding materials, FAQs, and help documentation
- Track customer engagement signals and flag issues early
Founder's Office
- Attend key meetings, capture notes, track action items, and follow through
- Own and execute special projects that cut across multiple functions
- Research topics critical to current priorities — investors, partnerships, industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to get your hands dirty in the deeply technical aspects of workflow creation and automation
- Basic familiarity with data — SQL knowledge is preferred, or a willingness to learn
- High ownership mindset — you care about outcomes, not just checking boxes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
- Curiosity about startups, product, and how businesses are built
Nice to Have
- Exposure to automation software like n8n, make, zapier, and others
- Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript
- Exposure to agentic automation tools
- 0-1 years of experience in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment OR experience across multiple startups
- Interest in ecommerce, supply chain, or B2B SaaS
Who This Is For
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. We care far more about your attitude, curiosity, and work ethic than your degree or prior titles. If you are the kind of person who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and genuinely wants to learn how a startup is built — we want to talk to you.
What You Get
- Competitive full-time compensation
- Direct access to and mentorship from the founder
- Exposure to every function of an early-stage AI startup
- A strong foundation if you want to build, join, or invest in startups in the future
- Fast career growth — high performers take on more responsibility quickly
