Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own products that impact millions of users every day. You'll be responsible for defining product vision, driving strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering high-quality user experiences while partnering closely with founders, engineering, design, analytics, and business teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, data-driven decision-making, and building products from concept to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Own the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and prioritization to launch and optimization.
- Drive growth through data-driven product decisions and customer insights.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Improve key business metrics including acquisition, conversion, retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of core B2C Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of consumer-facing products with measurable business impact.
- Strong experience driving KPIs such as:
- Revenue
- ARPU
- Conversion Rate
- Repeat Transactions
- Retention & Engagement
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred educational background from premier institutes (Engineering/Management).
Bonus Points
- Founder or entrepreneurial experience.
- Experience managing both Web & Mobile products.
- Prior exposure to e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer internet ecosystems.
