Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Job Title role involves contributing to the development and execution of projects that integrate technology, design, and user-centric solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in planning and strategy discussions, and supporting the delivery of high-quality products or services. The role also involves documenting work, communicating progress to stakeholders, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. The individual in this role is expected to be engaged in on-site meetings, team activities, and project reviews to ensure alignment with company goals.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset when approaching projects and tasks.
- Capacity to learn new tools and technologies relevant to digital products, platforms, or customer experiences.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business, technology, design, or communications.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Jaipur, with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in innovative or tech-enabled projects is a plus but not required.
