3F VC is looking for someone who can turn HeyGen and avatar AI into real, scalable businesses.
We are interested in people who love experimenting, move quickly, and enjoy building with agentic software. You should be comfortable testing new ideas, speaking to users, launching scrappy pilots, and figuring out where AI avatars can create genuine value in the real world.
What you will work on
You will explore and build new use cases around HeyGen, AI avatars, and agentic workflows.
This may include:
- Running rapid experiments across industries and customer segments
- Building prototypes and launching real-world pilots
- Speaking to users and identifying high-value avatar use cases
- Combining avatars with agents, workflows, and business software
- Tracking what works, what fails, and what has the potential to scale
- Turning promising experiments into standalone products or businesses
Who we are looking for
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience with HeyGen or similar avatar platforms
- Have a strong bias towards building and shipping
- Are highly curious, independent, and resourceful
- Enjoy working with AI agents, automation tools, and emerging software
- Can move from an idea to a working experiment quickly
- Care about real adoption and commercial outcomes
- Want to explore how avatars can scale beyond demos and social media content
This is ideal for someone who sees avatar AI as a new interface for software, services, education, sales, support, and consumer experiences.
