About Us
At Einstein Box, we believe the best way to learn is by doing.
We develop hands-on STEM kits that help children learn by building, experimenting, and playing. Our products include engineering kits, science kits, construction-based activities, and educational toys sold across India and international markets.
Why Join Us?
Build products for global markets
Our products are sold across India, the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. You will work on learning products that need to be useful and enjoyable for children around the world.
Learn from strong brand collaborations
We have worked with leading organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, Intel, Zee, Turner, and Nestle. These collaborations have helped us build high standards of product quality and execution.
Get real ownership early
You will be part of a growing product team where your work can directly influence our growth. This is a great fit for someone who wants to learn quickly, take responsibility, and build products with care.
The Role
We are looking for a Industrial Designer to design and develop hands-on STEM kits and buildable learning products for children. This is not a CAD-only role. You will work across the full product journey, from concept sketches and 3D models/prototypes to launch-ready kits.
What You’ll Do
Research & Product Concepts
- Research new STEM product ideas, engineering concepts, mechanisms for children.
- Develop product concepts that turn engineering principles into learning experiences.
- Balance functionality, safety, and cost while shaping creative ideas.
Design, CAD & Prototyping
- Create sketches, CAD models, mechanical assemblies, and structural components for STEM kits.
- Develop manufacturing-ready design files, including technical drawings, cut files, and product specifications.
- Build and test physical prototypes to improve assembly flow, joints, tolerances, durability, and overall product experience.
Manufacturing & Quality Support
- Coordinate with vendors during sampling, prototyping, production development, and final manufacturing.
- Review production samples against approved designs, BOMs, and product specifications.
- Identify and resolve design, quality, assembly, and manufacturing issues before launch.
Product Documentation & Launch Support
- Create assembly renders, exploded views, and visual references for instruction manuals.
- Support packaging content, product photography, and marketing asset requirements.
- Ensure consistency across all files.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll enjoy this role if you:
- Love building physical products, not just making good-looking renders.
- Enjoy solving design and manufacturing problems.
- Are comfortable testing, improving, and iterating.
- Take ownership of your work from idea to execution.
- Notice small details that affect the final customer experience.
- Can work with multiple teams to make a product production-ready.
