About the Sanitation project
Every day, thousands of sanitation workers in India risk their lives entering septic tanks and
sewers - work that is unsafe, undignified, and prohibited by law. We are building a future where
sanitation is mechanized, safe, and dignified, powered by digital systems, progressive policies,
and an empowered workforce.
In this program we will identify the underlying challenges and design comprehensive solutions -
all along with governments, NGOs, and commercial players to ensure practicality and
implementation.
We are looking for bold, committed professionals to own key parts of this journey: shape ideas,
design solutions, build coalitions, and ensure that we achieve our goal of zero sanitation worker
deaths.

Role Summary
As an Associate, you will be at the heart of the M2M mission - driving planning, coordination,
and analysis that make the program come alive. This is not a back-office role; you will be on the
frontlines of shaping and monitoring a national transformation.
Responsibilities:
● Designing and tracking the program plan and milestones.
● Coordinating across team members, consultants, and ecosystem partners to keep the
mission moving.
● Leading research and analysis to uncover insights that drive solutions.
● Monitoring project risks and timelines.
● Take a well-defined and scoped problem statement and drive problem solving and
action.
Who we’re looking for:
● Someone who can bring order to complexity - coordinating across people and
organizations to turn vision into action.
● Someone who is ready to step up, take ownership, and hold the threads of this
ambitious program together.
● You should have 2-5 years of project management experience (PMP preferred), strong
coordination skills, excellent communication, problem solving attitude and an eagerness
to engage with the field.
● Familiarity with sanitation or public service delivery is a plus.
● This is a full time role. The location is Bangalore.
