Senior Snowflake Developer
Key Responsibilities
Snowflake Architecture Development
Design and implement scalable secure and highperformance data warehouse solutions using Snowflake
Implement advanced Snowflake features such as Streams Tasks Snowpipe Time Travel and ZeroCopy Cloning
Perform performance tuning clustering and workload optimization
Drive cost optimization and resource management strategies
ETLELT Data Engineering
Design and develop robust ETLELT pipelines using SQL and Python
Implement incremental loads CDC and SCD handling
Build reusable data transformation frameworks
Ensure data quality validation reconciliation and auditing mechanisms
Handle largescale datasets TBlevel data processing
AWS Cloud Integration
Integrate Snowflake with AWS services such as S3 Glue Lambda and IAM
Design secure data ingestion frameworks from cloud storage to warehouse
Collaborate with DevOpsCloud teams for infrastructure and deployment best practices
Performance Production Support
Optimize complex SQL queries and data workloads
Monitor pipelines and troubleshoot production issues
Implement logging monitoring and ing mechanisms
Conduct root cause analysis and ensure platform stability
Technical Leadership
Lead technical discussions and participate in architecture reviews
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Analytics BI and Data Science
Required Skills
Strong handson expertise in Snowflake architecture performance tuning security
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience designing and implementing ETLELT pipelines
Handson experience with AWS ecosystem S3 Glue Lambda IAM etc
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
Good to Have
Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
Exposure to AIML data preparation and feature engineering workflows
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments
