Job Description – Website Design & Digital Creative Trainee
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
Preferred Background: BMS, BMM, Digital Marketing, Design, Mass Media, Communication, UI/UX or related disciplines.
Role Overview
CDP India is looking for a creative and digitally savvy trainee to support the redesign and ongoing visual development of our corporate website, followed by digital and social media creative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design website pages, layouts and user journeys using Figma, with a strong focus on visual hierarchy and user experience.
- Create visual concepts for CDP's products, solutions, case studies and technology offerings.
- Develop LinkedIn creatives, carousels, infographics and product visuals for CDP and its product pages.
- Create creatives for Google and LinkedIn marketing campaigns, landing pages and promotional activities.
- Use AI tools for creative ideation, content development, image generation and faster design production.
- Develop basic product videos, animations or motion creatives where required.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to translate technology concepts into simple, engaging visual communication.
Skills Required
Must have:
Figma, Canva, strong visual/design sense, basic UI/UX understanding, familiarity with AI creative tools and good communication skills.
Good to have:
- Basic WordPress, HTML/CSS, video editing, motion graphics or Photoshop.
