About the Company
Join Our Team at Delhi UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Brokerage Product Development Manager to serve as a customs brokerage subject matter expert for key customer accounts. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Operations, and customers to deliver exceptional customs brokerage solutions, drive customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Operations teams in managing customs brokerage accounts, driving revenue retention, and reducing customer churn.
- Provide customs brokerage expertise during solution development, contract negotiations, statement of work creation, and pricing discussions.
- Participate in customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), offering strategic guidance on brokerage-related initiatives.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are effectively managed to meet business objectives and customer expectations.
- Identify supply chain improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value-added solutions.
- Support customers in achieving brokerage performance goals while minimizing operational impacts.
- Gather, document, and share customs brokerage best practices.
- Review and align service standards with customers to support retention and organic growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate business reviews and customer meetings with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
- Licensed Customs Broker (Required).
- Strong knowledge of customs brokerage, customs clearance processes, and international trade compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience supporting strategic customer accounts within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage environments.
- Continuous improvement and project management experience.
