About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong product thinking who can transform business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into intuitive digital experiences.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving complex product challenges, simplifying user journeys, and designing scalable, user-centric interfaces that balance functionality with visual excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Translate complex business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze user journeys to identify pain points and improve usability.
- Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility in design decisions.
- Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and improve product direction.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product discussions.
- Convert ambiguous requirements into structured, user-focused design solutions.
- Continuously enhance the overall user experience through research, iteration, and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design.
- Strong expertise in Figma.
- Solid understanding of:
- User Experience (UX)
- Interaction Design
- Information Architecture
- Visual Design Principles
- Experience designing:
- Dashboards
- Workflows
- Forms
- Task-oriented enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- Ability to solve end-to-end product design problems with a user-first mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX problem-solving, and polished UI execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Strong prototyping skills.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Understanding of enterprise products and complex workflows.
