What you will do for Sectona
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
- Administer and monitor Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management and identity and access management.
- Maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN, proxy solutions, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, access points (APs), and internet connectivity.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR), antivirus, email security, vulnerability management, patch management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and endpoint hardening.
- Monitor infrastructure health, system availability, performance, capacity utilization and security events to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
- Lead IT service desk and end-user support operations, ensuring timely incident resolution, SLA compliance, and resolve end user queries.
- Coordinate infrastructure and cybersecurity incidents with SOC teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors, driving timely remediation, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions.
- Plan and execute infrastructure, cloud, branch office, and technology refresh projects, including migrations, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
- Maintain IT policies, standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT governance policies, information security standards, and regulatory requirements across infrastructure and endpoint environments.
- Lead and support internal and external IT audits by preparing audit evidence, maintaining documentation, addressing audit observations, and driving timely closure of audit findings.
- Work closely with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to implement security controls and ensure ongoing compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track compliance initiatives, perform periodic infrastructure and security reviews, conduct risk assessments, and ensure remediation of identified gaps within agreed timelines.
- Manage infrastructure monitoring platforms, capacity planning, asset lifecycle, software licensing, and operational reporting to support business continuity and operational excellence.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including procurement support, contract management, licensing, and service delivery reviews.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team by promoting technical excellence, accountability, process improvement, and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Enterprise IT Operations, with at least 2–4 years in IT Manager role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint management.
- Experience participating in or leading IT audits, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, change management, asset management, and operational compliance.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, project management, and communication skills
