🚨 We're Hiring | Head of Design & Projects | Mumbai
Kontor Space is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Design & Projects to join our growing team.
🔹 Role: Head of Design & Projects

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, planning, and execution of premium coworking and managed office spaces across all Kontor Space centers.
• Manage project budgets, BOQs, CapEx, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, architects, and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Drive business development by acquiring external clients for commercial interior fit-out and turnkey design-build projects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, consultants, and channel partners.
• Lead client presentations, design pitches, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Leadership teams to expand Kontor Space's Design & Build business.
Requirements
• 10–15 years of experience in commercial interiors, workplace design, fit-outs, or design-build projects.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field (NICMAR preferred).
• Proven experience managing large-scale office, coworking, or corporate real estate projects.
• Demonstrated success in business development and acquiring external clients for commercial interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
