Job details:
EXL's Insurance Innovation and New Market Solutions team is built to work differently from the rest of the organization. We are reshaping how EXL goes to market — moving from selling effort to selling outcomes, and positioning the company as an AI-first product business. We are looking for a Go-to-Market Lead to own how that story is told and shown: through standout design, sharp messaging, and content the rest of the company will want to copy.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with real creative freedom. You will set the bar for what great looks like.
What You'll Own
- Creative direction. Full creative liberty over the design and visualization of client pitches, thought leadership, and every client-facing material — making EXL look and feel like an AI-first product company.
- Brand & messaging. Craft the team's brand voice and value proposition, and bring it to life consistently across everything we put in front of clients.
- Partner & analyst content. Build joint go-to-market materials with partners such as Microsoft and AWS, and with leading industry analysts.
- Pursuit support. Work closely with EXL's marketing and sales teams to track and support every key client pursuit across the funnel — from first lead to signed deal — using Salesforce for pipeline visibility.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
- Real creative freedom — you design, you decide, you are not filling in templates.
- Access to the best external design and content vendors to bring ideas to life.
- Speed — you move faster than a traditional corporate marketing function.
- Influence — the work you create sets the standard the wider organization follows.
What You Bring
- A strong eye for design, fluent in the modern visual styles used by top consulting firms such as McKinsey and BCG and by leading AI startups.
- The ability to turn complex ideas into clear, striking visuals and stories.
- A talent for getting outstanding work out of external creative partners, quickly.
- Hands-on comfort with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and management.
- High standards and a bias for moving fast.
What You'll Have
No limits on tooling. The full range of design, graphics, and AI tools you need will be made available to you — so the only constraint is your imagination.
WHY JOIN
This is a rare chance to define how an AI-first company presents itself to the world. Your work will be seen by senior clients, shape major deals, and become the example the rest of EXL aspires to. If you want creative ownership, speed, and visible impact, this role is built for you.
