You will support leaders navigating rapid growth and regulatory complexity, where precision and speed both matter. Role Overview
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will run the leadership office through a period of fast growth, managing competing priorities and keeping compliance-sensitive work on track.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Support
- Own complex, fast-changing calendars across leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and regulatory-review documentation
- Manage high-stakes domestic and international travel
Stakeholder and Process
- Act as the trusted liaison between leadership, investors, and regulators
- Coordinate confidential compliance and fundraising-related processes
- Mentor junior admin staff as the India team grows
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 to 10 years supporting C-level or senior leaders, ideally at a fintech or financial-services company
- Exceptional organisation, discretion, and stakeholder judgement
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing, growth-stage environment
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fintech, bank, or financial-services environment
- Comfort managing global time zones and regulatory-sensitive correspondence
- A graduate or postgraduate qualification
