Role Description The Architect will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity, primarily based at Twin Studio’s New Delhi office with some flexibility for remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and design documentation, and collaborating with team members and consultants to refine project solutions. The role involves coordinating with clients, participating in design reviews, and ensuring that designs meet functional, regulatory, and aesthetic requirements. The Architect will also support project management activities, such as tracking progress, managing timelines, and contributing to presentations and reports. The position requires active involvement across project phases, from initial design through coordination and implementation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and design detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration where relevant to digital design workflows, building information modeling, or coordination tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic scheduling, task coordination, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in common architectural software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Working knowledge of local building codes, standards, and approval processes in New Delhi or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team, with a focus on accountability, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
