I'm looking for an experienced AI Content & Workflow Strategist to become my right-hand person.
This is not a video editing or software engineering role. We already have an execution team. I'm looking for someone who can handle the thinking behind the work.

If I give you one reference video or one idea, you should be able to instantly understand the objective and design the fastest, smartest, simplest, and most cost-effective way to recreate it at scale.
You should naturally think about:
- The best AI tools and models to use.
- The most efficient prompting strategy.
- The easiest workflow for the team to follow.
- Automation where it actually saves time.
- Workarounds that reduce manual effort.
- Ways to improve quality while reducing cost and production time.
𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗔 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂...
- Have proven experience with AI video generation and prompt engineering.
- Understand social media content, UGC ads, and short-form video production.
- Love building systems, workflows, and strategies—not just executing tasks.
- Constantly look for smarter, faster, and cheaper ways to achieve the same result.
- Can quickly understand requirements with minimal explanation.
- Think independently, solve problems, and continuously improve processes.
I'm not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. I'm looking for someone who can think like an owner, build scalable AI content systems, optimize every step of the workflow, and eventually become my duplicate in strategy and decision-making.
