Job Description
- Manage day-to-day relationships with sponsorship partners and key commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of contractual sponsorship rights and partner entitlements.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand activations across digital, broadcast, venue, and experiential platforms.
- Coordinate with agencies, broadcasters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Track sponsorship performance and prepare reports highlighting commercial impact and partner value.
- Support the acquisition, renewal, and development of strategic partnerships.
- Identify innovative opportunities to enhance sponsor visibility, fan engagement, and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with commercial guidelines and brand standards across all activations.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, brand partnerships, events, media, or commercial management.
- Proven experience managing sponsor relationships and executing large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and fan engagement.
- Experience working with premium brands, sports properties, agencies, or media organizations will be highly preferred.
