Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our Fundraising Department. The role involves designing compelling visual content that supports fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, digital outreach, and organizational communication. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and creating impactful designs, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: BKC, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
- Create visually appealing donor presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Develop graphics for social media, digital campaigns, emailers, and other communication channels.
- Design event branding, invitations, banners, standees, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful visual communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, and branding principles.
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into engaging designs.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, branding, or creative design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work is required.
- Experience in the nonprofit, fundraising, or social impact sector will be an added advantage.
