Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 ERP Integration Specialist to design, develop, and manage integrations between D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and external enterprise systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable data exchange across the digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and external systems (banking, payment gateways, CRM, e-commerce, middleware).
- Develop and manage integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions).
- Build and maintain custom APIs, data entities, OData services, and batch integrations.
- Ensure data consistency, reconciliation, and error handling across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into integration solutions.
- Implement security, compliance, and governance frameworks for data exchange.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize throughput.
- Support cutover, migration, and go-live activities for integrated systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance/ERP) integration patterns
- Hands-on with:
- Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management
- D365 Data Entities, OData, BYOD, Dual-write
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, middleware platforms
- Good understanding of financial processes and reconciliation flows
- Familiarity with ETL tools, data mapping, and transformation
- Experience in multi-system integration environments (banking, fintech, telecom is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume transaction systems or reconciliation platforms
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation
- Exposure to enterprise integration architecture (microservices/event-driven)
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work with global teams and stakeholders
- Good communication and documentation skills
