Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-quality user experiences for consumer mobile applications from concept to launch.
- Translate messy or ambiguous product briefs into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly iterate on ideas and deliver impactful features.
- Create polished UI designs with strong attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, motion, and visual consistency.
- Build production-ready designs and maintain design quality throughout implementation.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows while applying strong design judgment to refine outputs.
- Advocate for user-centered design decisions backed by product goals and customer needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Product Design, including at least 1 year designing a consumer mobile app that reached real, active users.
- A strong portfolio showcasing shipped products with excellent visual design and user experience—not just design process presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with a solid understanding of components, auto layout, design systems, and prototyping.
- Strong visual design fundamentals with a keen eye for typography, spacing, layout, motion, and illustration.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and turn rough ideas into elegant product experiences.
- Comfortable using AI design tools to speed up ideation and execution without compromising quality or craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
