- Drive end-to-end program execution using Agile methodologies
- Manage stakeholder relationships and client communications effectively
- Oversee and guide teams working within the Salesforce domain
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Proven experience planning and executing programs in an Agile environment
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and ability to manage Salesforce-focused teams
