Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models for complex business problems.
- Design predictive, classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, and optimization models.
- Perform data exploration, preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
- Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Build production-ready ML pipelines and scalable AI solutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
- Design and implement Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and RAG-based solutions where applicable.
- Experiment with foundation models, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Software Developers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain models using MLOps and CI/CD practices.
- Evaluate model performance, accuracy, scalability, explainability, and business impact.
- Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and statistical validation.
- Optimize models for performance, cost, latency, and production scalability.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture designs, model reports, and presentations.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and data science technologies.
Required Skills- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, probability, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and similar libraries.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or other deep learning frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering is highly preferred.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, version control, and CI/CD.
- Experience with ML platforms such as MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, or other large-scale data platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI/ML platforms and solutions.
- Understanding of responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, and explainability.
- Experience leading AI/ML projects from POC through production deployment.
