Job Description
As the Technical Lead for Provider Passport, you will own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment. You will lead a talented team through complex technical challenges, establishing engineering standards for code quality and CI/CD. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role shaping the future of healthcare data infrastructure.

What You Will Do

- Establish and maintain rigorous engineering standards for code quality, automated testing, security protocols, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses over 6 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years successfully leading teams through zero-to-one product builds.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot microservices, Kafka event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure management on the AWS platform.
- Exhibits strong leadership skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
