Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore for a Showroom Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for managing daily showroom operations, assisting customers, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Key tasks include maintaining displays, coordinating with the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and supporting wholesale and showroom-related sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide solutions to their needs
- Experience in managing or supporting Showroom operations and ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality
- Sales skills with an ability to support retail and wholesale operations
- Previous experience in the bedding or similar retail industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management
- To coordinate with billing and stock handling activities.
