Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in East Delhi, Nirman Vihar. The Telesales Executive will contact prospective and existing customers by phone to explain mandatory motor insurance products, answer inquiries, and promote suitable plans. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records of calls and conversions, and meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English or local language proficiency and active listening abilities.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide a positive experience.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or telecalling software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with good time management and organizational skills.
- Prior telesales or insurance sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Ethical, customer-focused mindset with willingness to learn about insurance products and regulatory requirements.
Salary
- 15,000 - 20,000 per month based on experience. Freshers are also welcome
